Order Confirmation

Thank you for supporting DayDreamers Band! After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Your order is then sent to our suppliers for fulfillment and shipping. Order Shipment

Orders that are in stock will ship within four business days from the date of your order, upon successful processing of your credit card charges. Your order will undergo a final quality check, and once it's ready for shipment, you'll receive tracking information within 24 hours. This email will go to the address you provided during checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, please follow up with us at nick@daydreamersband.com.


Expect to receive your order within 5 business days after it ships from our warehouse. Should any delays occur, we will notify you immediately and work diligently to ensure you're 110% satisfied with your order.


Damaged & Defective Goods Policy

DayDreamers Band is committed to quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
