Damaged or Defective Goods

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. Unwanted Merchandise or Mistaken Orders

• If you are unhappy with the merchandise or have ordered by mistake, we encourage you to donate the item to a local charity. Once you provide proof of donation, we will refund you 100% of your order cost.

2. Depending on your case, follow the instructions provided via email to either return the damaged/defective goods or donate the unwanted merchandise.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
