Your satisfaction is our priority at DayDreamers Band. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which you can receive a refund for your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at (906) 235-0995 or nick@daydreamersband.com.

Unwanted Merchandise or Mistaken Orders

  • If you are unhappy with the merchandise or have ordered by mistake, we encourage you to donate the item to a local charity. Once you provide proof of donation, we will refund you 100% of your order cost.

How to Initiate a Refund

  2. Depending on your case, follow the instructions provided via email to either return the damaged/defective goods or donate the unwanted merchandise.
  3. Provide the required documentation (either proof of damage/defect or proof of donation).

Refund Processing

  • Once all documentation is received and verified, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
